Customer Return Policy
Merchandise may be returned for store credit within 7 business days, after receipt of delivery. It must be completely intact.
If you receive your item and it is broken, please contact the post office to file a complaint. All packages carry a base insurance of $50.
If you receive the wrong scent, please return it to us and we will be happy to exchange it OR issue store credit.
Cancellations MUST be made within 24 hours of purchase. No exceptions.
If you are interested in ordering wholesale, we will not be able to cancel any orders after payment has been made. We also recommend that you insure your order, for a small additional fee.
