Due to the high quality of our product we do have a waiting list. Our processing time is usually 7-14 business days* We try to get everyone's order out in that time frame, however it can take longer depending on our order volume. Order well in advance if you need your items for a specific occasion. Even though our customer base is growing rapidly, we are still a small business. We will do the best we can to provide you with the best service and deals around. We want to keep our customers as happy as we possibly can and will go above and beyond for you to ensure that you have a good experience with our company!

Please note that specialty items and custom orders such as specific ring size, ring type, or jewelry type can take longer than the time listed above. If our order volume is larger than normal the wait time can be longer than expected. Please note this before ordering. We want you to have a pleasant experience with our company and we like to be upfront about our TAT times.

Customer Return Policy
Merchandise may be returned for store credit within 7 business days, after receipt of delivery. It must be completely intact.
If you receive your item and it is broken, please contact the post office to file a complaint. All packages carry a base insurance of $50.
If you receive the wrong scent, please return it to us and we will be happy to exchange it OR issue store credit.
Cancellations MUST be made within 24 hours of purchase. No exceptions. We order everything we need 24 hours after your order is placed and it cannot be returned without significant cost to the company.
If you are interested in ordering wholesale, we will not be able to cancel any orders after payment has been made.
