Can I choose my ring size?

You can request a size and if it is available we will do our best to make sure you receive it. If not, you will receive the closest size available.


I don't have a PayPal account. Can I still order?

Absolutely! If you do not have a PayPal account and do not want to create one, simply select the option to 'Checkout as Guest', when prompted to log in.


 Do you ship outside of the US?

Yes, we ship anywhere in the world (unless prohibited). Unfortunately, international shoppers are not eligible for any free shipping promotions and are responsible for any and all costs incurred during delivery. 


Can I send in my own jewelry?

Absolutely! If you have a piece you would like to include in a candle, as a gift, we would be happy to personlize a candle for you. We will even include a message of your choosing. This is perfect for engagements. If it is a valuable piece, it WILL be insured when sent back to you.


What is the difference between the 'REAL' and 'RANDOM' candles?

Our real (or genuine) jewelry candles are guaranteed to have a real piece of jewelry. Sterling silver, Gold, Diamonds, etc., while the random jewelry candles can be either costume OR real jewelry. The random jewelry candles are completely random. All pieces are wrapped so that we do not see which piece is going into which candle. That way we can keep it completely fair!

Estimated value range in RANDOM candles with jewelry: $10.00-$6000.00


Do you test every piece of jewelry that you put inside your REAL candles with jewelry?

We test one random ring with each shipment of genuine jewelry we receive. If we are ordering from a new vendor, we try to always take one piece from our first shipment to the jewelry store. The reason that we do not test every piece is that we don't want to ruin your jewelry. Keep in mind that we are NOT jewelers and do not claim to be. If you do ever come across a counterfeit piece, please contact support, and have a statement/appraisal from a licensed jeweler handy. We will gladly pay the shipping to return the piece and replace it.


Are your retail estimations accurate?

We get our suggested retail from our vendors and we have no choice but to put our trust in them, as we are not licensed jewelers and couldn't possibly have every piece appraised. The most accurate way to see how much your jewelry is worth is to take it to the jewelry store.


Is there a chance of gold or platinum in your candles?

Absolutely! Our candles contain all different types of precious metal, some are just more rare than others.


Are stones included in your REAL guarantee?

Although much of our genuine jewelry does include natural stones, we cannot guarantee that all stones will be real or 'natural'. The only thing we guarantee is that your metal will be. Stones can include lab created and CZ. 


Has anyone ever received a $6000 piece of jewelry?

Every shipment of rings we recieve contains at least one $6000 piece. Unfortunately, our customers don't always share their reveals with us and since we don't know who gets what, we are unable to request reveal pictures. But yes, you absolutely have a chance at the grand prize! 


 Do you insure large orders?

All orders have a base insurance of $50, however, if you have placed a larger order we will insure it upon request. We hope to make this an option when purchasing, soon! This may include additional fees.


What if there are missing items?

To ensure all orders are accurate, we now have 3 checkpoint stations o make sure everyone receives what they are supposed to. Every package is precisely weighed before it is shipped. If your order is missing items, it is most likely due to pilferage and should be reported to www.usps.com. 


What if my candle arrives broken?

When items leave us, they are well packed and have most likely been damaged during shipping. All packages are insured for at least $50 and you may file a claim to recover losses, due to damages made by the post office. Once an item leaves us, it becomes the responsibility of USPS. 


What if my jewelry has a missing stone?

All pieces are examined thoroughly before they are wrapped and placed in wax. If you experience the lack of a stone, it is most ikely due to digging (which is not recommended). The only way we will replace jewelry is if you have a written appraisal from a jeweler, stating that a piece is counterfeit.


What types of jewelry do your candles carry? 

Rings are in highest demand, but you can also find other jewelry items, such as; Bracelets, necklaces, pendants, etc.


How are you able to put a prize in every candle?

We are able to buy in wholesale, just like any jewelry store. Any extra money made is put back into our jewelry, so we do not have expensive ads or commercials. Our business depends a lot on you! So spread the word!


What do I do if I receive the wrong scent?

Contact Us! That is unlikely to happen, but if it does, just send us an email. If the candle is still intact, we will be happy to exchange it!


What if I don't like the scent I chose?

Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that everyone will like the scent they receive. Please make sure that you read scent descriptions carefully before selecting a scent that you are not familiar with, as we do not offer a replacement for this.
